Entry Requirements:
For Citizen of the United States or Canada:
(1)Valid Passport is highly recommended.
(2) Birth Certificate in combination with valid, state issued photo ID(an original copy of your birth certificate from the state or municipality where you were born with a raised seal or your original birth certificate with raised seal).

For not a U.S. citizen, you should contact the nearest consulate to define exactly what documentation you need to travel abroad. If you fail to provide the required documentation will result in denial of boarding and forfeiture of your entire trip without a refund.

Requirements for Minors:
International travel by minors (those under 18) is under very strict regulations govern. If you are traveling without your parents, besides the documentation requirements listed above, you also need to present a notarized (raised seal) parental consent form signed by both legal guardians at the airport before leaving the U.S. You must present a notarized (raised seal) document to that effect (e.g. notarized copy of a death certificate, notarized court documents of sole guardianship), if one legal guardian is deceased or unreachable.
